Job description
The Process Associate – Non-Voice Chat Support role at Sutherland is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience to build a career in customer support and business process management.
As a Process Associate, you will interact with customers through chat-based support channels, understand their concerns, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
Key responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Continuously improve product and process knowledge.Required skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with chat support tools and applications (preferred).

Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline).
Freshers are eligible to apply.
