The Process Associate – Non-Voice Chat Support role at Sutherland is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience to build a career in customer support and business process management.

As a Process Associate, you will interact with customers through chat-based support channels, understand their concerns, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires strong written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
