Job description
We are looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer who can use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding problems, guiding AI tools effectively, validating their output, and taking ownership of the production code you ship.
Key responsibilities
• Build web applications and backend services
• Develop REST APIs and integrations
• Design and build AI agents
• Create data processing workflows
• Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation
• Review AI-generated code for quality and security
• Write unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests
• Participate in code reviews
• Explain technical design decisions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Domain teams
• Deliver production-ready software

Eligibility & qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, Git, and testing
• Built AI projects, side projects, or participated in hackathons
• Passionate about AI-first software development
