As an RPA Trainee, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Process Leads to develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions. The role involves leveraging modern technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and software development tools to improve business operations and efficiency.

You will gain hands-on experience in designing automation workflows, deploying bots, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting enterprise-wide automation initiatives in a fast-paced international environment.

This technical skillset reflects a foundational grounding in core software development, data management, and operational efficiency. It combines basic programming capabilities in versatile languages like Python, Java, and .NET, alongside fundamental scripting skills to automate tasks and streamline workflows. This coding foundation is supported by an understanding of SQL and relational databases, which are essential for managing and querying structured data within applications. Furthermore, it spans the entire software lifecycle—covering application development to build solutions, software testing to ensure quality and reliability, and business process analysis combined with process automation concepts to analyze operational workflows and replace repetitive tasks with efficient, automated systems.
