Central Operations Support Executive – IN External Fulfillment

The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on field support to sellers and audits, stake holder management, within and outside of Amazon, rolling out of new processes, and running central control centers. The job requires someone who has a larger picture of customer experience in mind and a high willingness to take ownership. The job requires a person who has skills in identifying patterns and any disruptions in it along with ability to scrutinize details and foresee the implications of the data.

• Monitor daily seller and fulfillment operations remotely
• Track operational metrics and identify performance issues
• Coordinate with field executives and sellers through calls and emails
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution
• Train sellers on Amazon processes and operational standards
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend process improvements to enhance seller experience
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain high levels of customer and seller satisfaction

• Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science Engineering, Statistics, Other Quantitative or Technical Fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• SQL knowledge is preferred
