Job description
Hexaware Technologies is hiring Junior Management Trainees from the 2026 MBA batch. The selected candidates will support business operations, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. The role offers exposure to leadership, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports
• Analyze business data and create dashboards
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean and Agile concepts
• Coordinate between management and operational teams
