The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

• Design and support enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms
• Administer IBM Connect (NDM)
• Support IBM DataPower SFTP gateways
• Manage AWS Transfer Family services
• Monitor file transfer workflows and platform health
• Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve issues
• Participate in on-call support for critical systems
• Support client onboarding and secure connectivity
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams
• Implement secure authentication, encryption, and access controls
• Execute platform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Support disaster recovery and resiliency testing
• Develop automation for provisioning, monitoring, and compliance
• Improve operational efficiency and documentation

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms
• Experience with Linux and scripting
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
