Job description

Blackhawk Network (BHN) is seeking a NOC Engineer to join their Major Incident Management team within the Operations Command Centre (OCC) in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This unique role combines real-time incident management with the development of system availability, observability, and automation. Candidates will work at the intersection of engineering and operations, contributing to a more automated, resilient, and self-healing platform. The position offers a significant opportunity for career acceleration through hands-on experience with large-scale production systems, modern cloud and observability platforms, and AI-driven operational tooling.

Key responsibilities
