The Operations Support Associate at Amazon plays a critical role in supporting seller operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves monitoring seller activities, investigating transactions, analyzing operational data, resolving issues, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Candidates are expected to identify patterns, maintain high levels of accuracy, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to process improvements. This position supports both voice and non-voice operations and requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
Key responsibilities
Investigate and evaluate seller transactions to identify discrepancies or issues.
Take appropriate actions based on established SOPs and operational guidelines.
Maintain detailed records and annotations of investigations and actions taken.
Communicate with sellers and customers through phone calls and emails.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Monitor daily performance metrics and identify trends or disruptions.
Support sellers remotely through calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and business processes.
Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
Escalate issues to relevant teams whenever required.
Train and guide sellers on Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices.
Meet assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Eligibility & qualifications
Educational Qualification:
