Job description
IBM Consulting is hiring Process Associates for its Employee Data Management (EDM) team. The role involves processing employee information in HR systems, maintaining HR records, performing data validation, resolving employee queries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates will work with Workday HRMS and support global HR operations.
Key responsibilities
• Process employee data in HR systems
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Perform eligibility verification and complex HR transactions
• Generate HR reports and perform reconciliations
• Resolve employee and customer queries
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and SLAs
• Support internal audit and business control activities
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream HR teams
• Participate in system testing when required
• Identify and resolve process issues

Eligibility & qualifications
Educational Qualification:

Eligibility Requirements:
• 0–6 months of HR Operations experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Workday HRMS (preferred)
• Strong English communication skill
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
