Job description
This is a Service Desk role. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services.

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests
• Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Escalate complex incidents to higher support teams
• Ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
• Provide technical assistance to end users
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with internal IT teams

Eligible Degrees:

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 50% throughout X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation
• No standing arrears
• Candidates pursuing full-time postgraduate courses are not eligible
• Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts
