Job description
Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Executives across multiple locations in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in Customer Service, Customer Success, and IT Support. The role involves handling customer queries through Voice, Email, and Chat support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Graduate or Undergraduate degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
Basic knowledge of customer service and technical support is preferredRequired skills
Respond to customer queries via Calls, Emails, and Chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
Handle service desk operations and support requests
Provide technical assistance for hardware and software-related issuesEligibility & qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Relationship Management
Customer Retention and Customer Service skills
Hardware & Network Troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices)
Remote Troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printers)
Antivirus and Patch Management knowledge
Basic understanding of SCCM
Knowledge of ITIL Processes
Ability to work in Voice, Email, and Chat support environments
Graduate / Undergraduate
Fresher or Experienced
Strong problem-solving skills
