Sutherland is hiring International Voice Support Executives for its Chennai office. The role involves handling real-time voice calls from international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high-quality support while meeting organizational performance standards.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and be willing to work rotational night shifts in a fast-paced international voice process environment.
