Job description

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited is seeking a Relationship Associate to drive business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating closely with Axis Bank sales teams.

The role involves lead generation, lead conversion, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets through the Axis Bank branch network.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Axis Bank branch teams
• Generate and convert leads into insurance sales
• Support customers in selecting suitable insurance products
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with Axis Bank sellers and branch staff
